Legal work, defined around your next decision.

Wolf Law uses legal research and AI tools to assist with drafting, document analysis and other legal work. Scott Wolf directs each engagement, reviews the work product and remains responsible for the legal advice delivered.

Choose the assignment you need. We assess the facts, conflicts, scope, competence, capacity and authority to act before agreeing the work and fee in writing.

How engagements work

From the initial question to the agreed deliverable, counsel directs the work.

  1. 01

    Define the question and scope

We agree the assignment, the deliverables, the fee and what falls outside the work, in writing.

  2. 02

    Counsel directs research and preparation

The work is prepared under counsel's direction using the tools appropriate to the assignment.

  3. 03

Counsel verifies and resolves the judgments

Scott Wolf checks the sources and analysis and settles the legal judgments with your input on the business choices.

  4. 04

    Deliver the agreed legal work

You receive the completed work product for the accepted scope, with the open decisions and next steps stated.

You decide your objectives and business choices; counsel advises on the law and the available options.

The tools used depend on the assignment and the applicable engagement terms. Wolf Law provides the legal services and remains responsible for its work.
